Building Permit

Building Permit


Building Permits and Inspections are required for all new construction and before moving

mobile homes into the Village.  These measures ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.

Major repairs to Roofs or Structures require a building permit and an inspection.

The use of recreational vehicles, travel trailers, and tents requires permits and has limits.

Zoning Compliance must be obtained before construction starts, even if a permit is not required.

Zoning Permits are required before obtaining all building permits

 to ensure compliance with local land use regulations.

 Building permits are required for all new buildings and most reconstructions.

 A fee of $500.00 must be paid before a Variance application will be considered.

 The Applicant is responsible for completing this form fully and accurately.

Property Tax Information.

Property Taxes Due by September 15, 2025, so make sure to pay them on time to avoid penalties.

Property Taxes final due date February 28, 2026. A 1% penalty will be charged for every month they are late.

Taxes can be paid by Credit Cards.
